You will enjoy the privacy of a personal training studio floor, with only Michael, his colleague Brett, and occasionally a physical therapist present. This is truly an all-inclusive (health-focused) private experience outside of the health club and busy gym. All personal training experiences include a complimentary book and more!
About the Lifestyle Training App
The phone app is a professional training application designed specifically for personal training clients. It allows us to centralize your workouts, lifestyle metrics, accountability habits, and progress tracking in one streamlined system.
What You Can Expect
1. Structured Workout Delivery
You will receive your individualized training programs directly within the app. Each exercise includes video demonstrations, prescribed sets and repetitions, and space to log weights and notes. This allows me to review your performance and make precise program adjustments. It is a work in progress, though. It will take time to upload an extensive library of video-based exercises. In the meantime, programs will be split between email and the app.
2. Daily Lifestyle Tracking
The phone app enables you to log key lifestyle variables that influence your results, including:
